How to Register

Simply complete the registration form and send it along with payment to the address below. A 50% deposit and a post-dated cheque for June 1, 2008 must accompany your registration. Please note all prices include 5% GST and 7.5% Quebec sales tax.

HOCKEY MONTREAL reserves the right to place students in the most appropriate group for their skill level. We also retain the right to terminate the stay of any player when it is deemed to be in the best interests of either the school or the player.

Refund Policy

No refunds will be given for missed days, withdrawals, no shows or players asked to leave during the hockey school week. Any credit requests because of injury must be made in writing with a doctor's note.
